📆 Timeline & Participation Terms

Applicants for grants must submit a preliminary application to participate in the competition during the period: September 8–14, 2025.
Both legal entities and private individuals (freelancers) are eligible to participate in the competition.
After approval of the application for participation in the competition, the Grant Applicant must submit the following documents:
1. Detailed (main) Application for participation in the competition,
2. KYC / AML to the company of the Recipient (Beneficiary) of the Grant,
3. Preliminary presentation (Pitch deck) of the project and financial calculation of project implementation.
Period for submitting main documents for obtaining a grant: September 15–21, 2025.
Application security deposit + participation fee: €12,000 (payable in EUR / USD / USDT).
Payment is made on the basis of a contract for participation in the competition, which is concluded between the parties after approval of the preliminary application from the Applicant for a grant.
⚠️Important: The payment must be paid before submitting the application! A receipt for payment is provided, together with the package of basic documents.
The deposit is fully refundable for applicants who do not win.
